Klamath County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputy Lateral Preferred Education and/or Experience High School or GED Certificate, 21 years of age, possess physical capabilities as demanded by DPSST, and be able to be sworn as a Police Officer in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 181.610-181.990. Current or recent experience as a Police Officer, Corrections Officer, or Police Reserve Officer is desirable but not required. Klamath County enforces a drug free work place.
